About the Journal.
AcademicLines is an open access, peer-reviewed, online journal. It publishes original research articles, review articles, short communications and case studies. Its main focus is Science and Technology, with a smaller section for Humanities, Social Sciences and Education.
The journal is published monthly in English. All articles are free to read on publication, with no embargo and no registration. Authors keep their copyright and articles are published under the CC BY 4.0 licence. The journal follows the Core Practices of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

Aims & Scope
Section A — Science & Technology (main section)
Chemistry, environmental science, physics, life sciences, mathematics & statistics, and applied sciences — including green and sustainable chemistry, water and soil quality, materials, natural products and data-analysis methods.
Section B — Humanities, Social Sciences & Education
Education (teaching methods, science education, higher-education policy, assessment), social sciences (economics, commerce, sociology, political science, public administration) and research-based humanities.
We aim to publish sound, original and useful research from India and around the world; to give college and university researchers a fair, transparent place to publish; and to encourage work that links science with local needs such as clean water, soil health, green chemistry and public health. Clear, realistic timelines
Our target for a first decision is 4–8 weeks after submission. This is a target, not a promise; careful review comes first. We do not guarantee acceptance.
